How to Delete Your Account

Users can delete their account directly from within the XnY Clinics Android application.

Once confirmed, the deletion process will begin automatically.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• User profile information
• Appointment history linked to the user account
• Stored contact information
• Authentication and login-related records
• User-generated app data associated with the account

Deleted data cannot be recovered once the deletion process is completed.

Data That May Be Retained Temporarily

Certain limited records may be retained temporarily when required for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention and security monitoring
• Medical or administrative record obligations
• Dispute resolution

Any retained data is securely protected and removed once retention obligations expire.

Deletion Processing Time

Most account deletions are processed immediately or within a reasonable time period after confirmation.

Backup systems or archived records may take additional time to be fully removed from secure storage systems.

Third-Party Services

The XnY Clinics app may use trusted third-party services such as Firebase for authentication, notifications, analytics, and cloud data storage.

Associated account-related data stored through these services will also be removed or anonymized during the deletion process where applicable.

Important Notice

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

After deletion, users may lose access to appointments, clinic communications, and previously stored account information.
