These terms apply when you use the XnY Clinics website, request an appointment or use a patient account. Effective 5 November 2026.
Using this website
By using this website, you agree to these terms. Please use it only for lawful purposes, and do not try to access another person's information or interfere with the website.
Medical information
Information on this website is for education only. It does not replace consultation, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional. Please read our Medical Disclaimer.
Emergencies
This website and online consultations are not for emergencies. In an emergency, please go to your nearest hospital.
Appointment requests
- Sending a request does not confirm an appointment. It is confirmed only after the clinic reviews it and tells you.
- The clinic may decline or reschedule a request, including when a doctor is unavailable.
- Please give accurate details, so that the clinic can contact you.
- All appointment times are India time (IST).
Online consultations
Your doctor may advise that your concern needs an in-person visit. Some conditions cannot be assessed or treated online.
Fees and payment
The clinic will tell you about fees and how to pay. Do not share card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs or passwords with anyone, including through this website.
Treatment
Treatment suitability and outcomes vary from person to person, and no particular result is guaranteed. Some treatments, including IVF, donor IVF and abortion, are subject to eligibility requirements under Indian law. Your doctor will explain what applies to you.
International patients
You are responsible for your own travel arrangements and for meeting visa and entry requirements. Please confirm these with your nearest Indian mission before making plans.
Patient accounts
- Please keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- Only upload documents that belong to you, or that you are allowed to share.
- We may disable an account that is misused.

Please read our Privacy Policy and Delete Account Policy.
